FAQs
-
Many of our cases in litigation are handled on a contingency fee basis.
Some matters that are handled outside of litigation are handled on an hourly or fixed price basis, as the circumstances dictate.
-
As a matter of practice, our firm does not front out of pocket costs (such as filing fees, deposition costs, etc) associated with litigation cases. We do, however, endeavor to provide all clients with a reasonable expectations of what those costs will be so there are no major surprises. We also accept credit card payments for payments to one’s client trust account. (hey, you might as well get some frequent flyer miles. . .)
-
When it comes to free consults, one generally gets what one pays for. We do, however, meet with prospective clients for a reduced fixed rate that is below our regular hourly rate.
